Important:  Here is what you must do to receive your order.

1. A receipt, a thank you letter, and the links to download the product or products you ordered will be sent to your email.  Make sure you used your correct email.  If you didn’t, please send us an email with your corrected email so we can get your order over to you.
2. If you don’t receive an email within a couple of minutes, check your spam/junk folder.  Our communications are trusted and safe, however if your spam settings are too high, it could filter out our email to you.
3. Always save the products to your computer before you open them. Otherwise they may not be there the next time you open your computer.
